Please note: If we fail to meet our minimum target of 250,000 ticket sales then the winner will receive 65% of all revenue, with 10% going to our chosen charity and we will retain 25% to cover costs.

You can choose to either move in to the property, sell it, or rent it out and receive up to £1750 per month. Whichever route you choose, we will be on hand to help guide you through the process, either with our solicitor or a solicitor of your choice, if you prefer. The house has been valued by two independent estate agents. Also, the property is Freehold, which means you will own the property and the land.
