1. What is the prize?

A 4 bedroom residential property worth £350,000, located in Oldham, England, United Kingdom, plus the winner’s stamp duty and legal costs paid for up to £10,000.00 (inclusive of stamp duty and legal costs).

2. How do I enter?

Online –

Complete and submit the online entry form to purchase the required number of entries

Post –

Send your entry by first or second class post (Please see the Terms and Conditions for the information that we require you to submit to us)

Note: Only answers to entry questions that contain the correct answer to the competition question will be entered into the final draw. (Entries made by post will be limited to a maximum of one per entrant)

3. What happens if not enough tickets are sold?

In the event that we fail to meet our minimum target of ticket sales, then the winner will receive 65% of all revenue. In addition to this, we will donate 10% of the revenue to POINT Charity and we will retain 25% to cover costs.

4. How many tickets can I buy?

If you enter on-line, there is no maximum. However, we would advise entrants to only purchase entries which are reasonably affordable to them. For free postal entries, this is limited to one ticket per entrant.

5. Who can enter the competition?

All residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over can enter.

6. When and how will the competition take place?

It will take place at 18:00 hours on 1st September 2025. It will be streamed live on (social media). A solicitor will be present to witness and oversee the draw where the winner will be chosen at random.

7. How does the winner claim the prize?

The winner has 30 days in order to claim the prize and to co-ordinate with Win Our House Ltd, to instruct a licensed conveyancer/solicitor and complete the registration and transfer of the title of the prize.

8. Will the competition close early?

The draw will run until the closing date.

9. How much are the running costs of the house?

Council tax – Band D (currently £2325.38 per year, £194 per month)
Gas and Electricity, approximately £130 per month (Gas £70 Electricity £60) for both on average.
Water £27/month approx
The property is Freehold

10. Are all fixtures and fittings included with the house?

Yes, everything you can see in the photograph gallery will be included for the winner to have complete piece of mind.
